Lessons at Work

My colleague mentioned to me that there are 4 important matters at work:

1. What you do
2. How you look
3. What you say
4. How you say it

Keeping this in mind, one needs to work on at least one, at most all of these to succeed at work and in life in general. I need to work hard on improving the last one. I would still like to improve further the second one. I think most of the current leaders would exhibit an excellent part on at least one of these matters. Hope to reach in a position were I am excellent in all four.
