Life's Lessons from Avenue Q

We watched last weekend one of the shows for Avenue Q's farewell run. It was an anniversary gift by my husband. I enjoyed it a lot and can't thank my husband enough for giving me the opportunity to catch the show!

I loved it so much that I want to reiterate stuff I've realized in Avenue Q... here goes my list:

1. It sucks to be you! It sucks to be me!
2. I've come to think about my purpose in life. Each of us has his purpose
3. I realized that most people go to internet for porn!! I haven't tried it though.. but I've heard of anecdotes for those who did!
4. There's a thin line between lovers and friends.
5. There's a thin line between what you want and what you get
6. Judging one person based on how he looks is common everywhere and is a widely accepted fact.
7. Dreams - they can come true.. you or someone would just have to work hard for it to come true.
8. Jealousy is everywhere.
9. Homos need to find acceptance in themselves first before others.
10. Invest! Save up! Use your parents moolah if you don't have savings of your own for a good purpose!
11. Have fun, relax, enjoy, fall in love, let go!
